About 80 competitors from six countries participated in the Olympic triathlon and sprint triathlon disciplines. The winner of the national championship in the Olympic triathlon is Belmin Godinjak from Sarajevo.[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”20301″ img_size=”full”][vc_column_text]“I was going for victory and I successfully achieved that today. I swam one and a half kilometers, rode a bicycle 40 km and ran 10 km. The organization was excellent, the weather served us well and everything was excellent”<\/strong> – said Godinjak.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Second place in the national Olympic triathlon was won by Dragoslav Jotanovi\u0107, and third by Samir Silajd\u017eija.[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”20303″ img_size=”full”][vc_column_text]The winner of the national championship in the Olympic triathlon for women is Emina Alagi\u0107 from Sarajevo.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]\n

\u201cIt was great, because the conditions were fantastic. The water in the lake was warm, the only time it was hot was when we were running. This is the first time I have participated in the Olympic triathlon and I am satisfied,” –\u00a0 <\/em><\/strong>Alagi\u0107 told us.<\/p>\n

Deborah Leuthold won the second place.<\/span><\/p>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”20305″ img_size=”full”][vc_column_text]The mayor of Konjic, Osman \u0106ati\u0107, presented medals to the most successful competitors at the national triathlon championship. Congratulating them on the achieved results, he wished them to come to Konjic next year as well.[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”20307″ img_size=”full”][vc_column_text]Jasmin Harbinja, president of TK “Fenix” and director of the race “Green Lake Triathlon” said that they were very satisfied with the competition.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]“This is the second edition and we are already preparing for the third, next year. This field provides excellent conditions for the competition, there is a lake, the road is good, and I would like to thank the team from Lisi\u010di\u0107, who arranged all this, because without them this could not have happened. See you on the same field in 2025,”<\/strong> said Harbinja.[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”20309″ img_size=”full”][vc_column_text]Amar Bori\u0107, general secretary of the “Feniks” Triathlon Club, expressed satisfaction with the organization of the 2nd “Green Lake Triathlon” in Lisi\u010di\u0107i, which was held after a few years of break.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]”The first “Green Lake Triathlon Cup” was held in 2019 and after five years we decided to organize this competition again. We gained the trust of the Triathlon Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Olympic Committee of Bosnia and Herzegovina, so this year we have the national championship in the Olympic triathlon. The race was fast, everything went without a problem and I am very satisfied,” said Bori\u0107.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]First place in the men’s sprint distance was won by Kemal \u0160ahovi\u0107, second by Ivo Ceko, and third by Haris Fazli\u0107. In the women’s category, An\u0111ela Tali\u0107 took first place, Milena Miti\u0107 came second, and Ryna Aniech came third.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]\n
