The seventh edition of \u201cKonjic Summer Fest,\u201d organized by the athletics club \u201cPace\u201d and under the patronage of the City of Konjic, will take place from July 4 to 6. The festival will host over 1,200 participants from 15 countries competing in five different races. The official opening of the festival is scheduled for Friday, featuring the \u201cBH Telecom Business Run,\u201d which will include 41 companies and 400 participants, said Mahir Muji\u0107, Director of \u201cKonjic Summer Fest.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThe seventh international \u2018Konjic Summer Fest\u2019 kicks off today, and we\u2019re in for a weekend of top-notch entertainment in our city,\u201d said Mahir Muji\u0107. \u201cToday is Business Day, featuring the \u2018BH Telecom Business Run,\u2019 with 41 registered companies and 400 participants.The race will start at 7 PM in the city center, with both the start and finish lines located at the small square near the City Hall building. After the race, we\u2019ll enjoy a solo concert by our very own Amar Ja\u0161arspahi\u0107 Gile, who has brilliantly represented the Bosnian and Herzegovinian music scene. We\u2019re organizing the concert on a grand scale, and I\u2019m confident that all visitors will enjoy this musical event.\u201d<\/p>\n

On the second day of the festival, Saturday, July 5, three races will be held: a children’s race with 200 young participants, the main event \u2013 the \u201cBingo Konjic Ten\u201d \u2013 and the relay race \u201cIbis Relay Race,\u201d with around 600 runners taking part in the two events. On Saturday evening, from 9:30 PM until midnight, the Sarajevo Drum Orchestra and a DJ will perform,\u201d said Muji\u0107. The third day of \u201cKonjic Summer Fest,\u201d Sunday, July 6, will be dedicated to families, featuring a \u201cbaby crawl race\u201d and other fun activities for children and parents.<\/p>\n

\u201cFamily Day will take place from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM at the Partizanovo playground, where we\u2019ll have large inflatable slides, trampolines, and plenty of fun for the little ones. The sweetest part of the program will be the third edition of the baby crawl race, featuring 17 babies \u2014 and for the first time, it will be held in the center of Konjic,\u201d emphasized Mahir Muji\u0107, Director of \u201cKonjic Summer Fest.\u201d He added that the festival will conclude with a diploma ceremony for the young volunteers \u2014 more than 150 of them were engaged this year through various organizations and associations. Several thousand visitors are expected to attend \u201cKonjic Summer Fest,\u201d where they will have the opportunity to enjoy a rich mix of sports, entertainment, music, and tourism-related events. This year\u2019s festival is supported by numerous individuals, organizations, and groups, alongside sponsors and partners, all with a shared goal \u2014 to make \u201cKonjic Summer Fest\u201d an even better and more recognized festival each year, not only in Bosnia and Herzegovina but across the region.<\/p>\n
