The Days of the Diaspora ”Konjic in heart of BiH” were formally opened with an International Folklore festival „Konjička sehara“ which was held on 3rd of August. Konjička sehara is an international festival of folklore creativity, and in Konjic it is organized by the Bosnian Community of Culture „Preporod Konjic“ under the sponsorship of the City of Konjic. For 23 years, it has been gathering worshipers of tradition from all over the world through dance, song and dance. It represents the most visited cultural event in the summer period, and this year Ukraine, Bulgaria, Albania, Palestine, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Hungary, the Netherlands, North Macedonia and Turkey took a part in the festival.

In addition to its beauty, the sehara also stands out because the city is filled with song, dance and merriment, and the participants are enchanted by the traditional equestrian hospitality and atmosphere every year.
