USAID Tourism invites micro and small businesses in Bosnia and Herzegovina to apply for an individualized mentoring program with the aim of strengthening their business through specialized support aimed at increasing sales and improving their presence on digital platforms and social networks. This program is ideal for companies that strive to grow and want to expand their business in the digital space.

Participation benefits:
- Detailed analysis of online presence and performance
- Customized mentoring and training on the latest tactics and tools for effective digital marketing
- Access to resources to optimize online sales and marketing strategies
- Mentoring in establishing the best pricing models and e-commerce solutions
- Financial support for online campaigns (up to 500 KM)
- Support from digital marketing experts who will monitor and support you during the implementation period
Application criteria:
- The applicant must be a micro or small enterprise based in Bosnia and Herzegovina, operating in the tourism sector
- The company must be in business for more than two years and have a positive business, without debt
Qualification criteria:

Have an updated website (that has been refreshed with new content, modern design and updated functionality to ensure a positive user experience. Reflects the current state of the organization it represents, providing accurate information/offers).
The website should have a booking function in accordance with the service provided (Booking system, booking engine for bookings or booking form).
The social networks
Active social networks (Facebook and/or Instagram) with a minimum of one post per week. Conducts regular paid advertising (at least once a month). It has a defined profile of clients that can be targeted through social networks.
Have a person responsible for managing the online presence. Annual allocation of funds for digital marketing.
Presence on at least one platform (such as Tripadvisor, Expedia and similar).

- Companies that are actively involved in the Herzegovina Wine Road (HWR) and the Most Beautiful Villages of Bosnia and Herzegovina (MBV) initiatives will have priority during the final selection.
