As part of the “Konjic sustainable tourist destination” project, which is financed by the City of Konjic and the organization Caritas Switzerland, in the period from 19.10.2024 to 27.10.2024. training for skippers was held at the Outdoor Bosnia camp in Glavatičevo.

Theoretical and practical training according to the “Basic training program for rafting boat guides/skippers” approved by the Federal Ministry of Transport and Communications was successfully attended by 14 participants proposed by the members of the tourism cluster “Welcome to Konjic” who are engaged in providing rafting services and are part of the mechanism for coordination within the above-mentioned project
The topics included basic rescue techniques, various ways of transporting injured persons, cartography and providing medical assistance, proper use of equipment and technical aids.
By learning and mastering the basic skills of adventure activities on the water, one contributes to the quality, safety, and legal regulation of rafting activities, for which the town of Konjic is recognizable and has entered the ranks of the most tempting destinations for adrenaline lovers.
