The 7th International “Konjic Summer Fest” was officially opened this evening in Konjic. The festival is organized by the athletics club “Pace” under the patronage of the City of Konjic. The opening ceremony was led by Nermin Nikšić, Prime Minister of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, who welcomed all participants and wished them a pleasant stay in Konjic, hoping they would leave with lasting and beautiful memories of the city.

“It is an honor for me to open the 7th ‘Konjic Summer Fest,’ and I’m pleased to see such a large number of participants. We need more gatherings like this—opportunities to connect and get to know each other. I hope you make the most of these three days and enjoy the festival here in Konjic,” said Prime Minister Nikšić.
The race participants were also greeted by Edin Višća, Director of Promotion, Sales, and Support at BH Telecom, the sponsor of the business run.
“BH Telecom is a socially responsible company that supports a range of projects in the fields of sports, culture, and the arts. That is exactly why we are here in Konjic today. Our cooperation has been ongoing for several years, and I can announce that we will continue this partnership in the future,” said Višća.
Mahir Mujić, Director of “Konjic Summer Fest,” welcomed the participants of the business run and also expressed gratitude to everyone who helped and supported the organization of the festival.
“Thank you for coming and taking the time to participate in the business run. Together, we are sharing great stories, and I especially want to thank the City of Konjic and Mayor Osman Ćatić, who recognized our vision for this event. I also extend my gratitude to the cantonal ministries of education, finance, and the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Konjic truly has a lot to offer from a tourism perspective, and we will certainly bring even more people to our city in the coming years,” emphasized Mujić.
The team Atom from Sarajevo is the winner of the “BH Telecom Business Run.”
On the first evening of the “Konjic Summer Fest,” the “BH Telecom Business Run” took place, bringing together 41 companies and 400 participants from across Bosnia and Herzegovina. The first place was won by the team Atom from Sarajevo, second place went to the team M-Bike Sarajevo, and the third place was secured by the team Powerade.
In the individual competition, the first place in the women’s category was won by Hana Habibija from Konjic, while in the men’s category, Amir Muminović from Cazin took first place.
