The event will continue on Saturday with a Swim meeting at 11 a.m.

“Saturday at 11 a.m. is the start of the swimming competitions, and together with the Swimming Association and the clubs, we have decided that these will be the disciplines: freestyle 50 and 100 meters, dolphin 50 and 100 meters and a marathon with a length of 750 meters. These are swimming disciplines that are performed outdoors, on Lake Jablanica. There are no blocks, starts, or paths, swimming is done lengthwise. It is adapted to younger children, and the maximum age limit is 14 years, while older people can participate in the marathon” – said Mensur Duraković, secretary of the sports association.

“Regarding the clubs, applications are open until July 11 until 11 p.m., and individuals can apply by phone or e-mail, with the fact that they must sign a declaration that they are medically fit to compete, both athletics and swimming categories” – Duraković added

Cash prizes, diplomas and medals were provided in the swimming part of the competition, while diplomas and medals are provided for the children’s race.
